Locanox is provided “as-is,” without warranties of any kind. By using the app, you acknowledge and accept the following:

• You are solely responsible for your wallet keys, encrypted vaults, and recovery phrases.

• Locanox has no access to your data and cannot restore it under any circumstances.

• Data loss caused by user error, device failure, or forgotten recovery phrases is permanent.

• The Locanox team is not liable for any damages, losses, or legal consequences arising from your usage of the app.

Locanox is engineered with a trust-minimized architecture:

• All sensitive operations, wallet creation, AI processing, file encryption, happen locally.

• Offline mode is fully air-gapped, requiring no connectivity at all.

• Online mode uses end-to-end encrypted relay protocols. No logs, no identity, no IP tracking.

• The app contains no trackers, analytics, or background sync.

Locanox uses a manual update model to protect user autonomy:

• No auto-update or forced background refresh

• Releases are signed and distributed through official Locanox channels

• Users are encouraged to verify integrity checks (e.g. hash, file signature) before installation

• You should only download Locanox from trusted sources

You may not use Locanox for activities prohibited under your local laws. This includes (but is not limited to):

• Illegal financial transactions • Unauthorized surveillance • Malware distribution • Exploitative automation or AI misuse

The creators of Locanox disclaim any responsibility for misuse, repackaged versions, or unauthorized forks.
